What an extraordinary evening. Our Grand Launch was more than an opening, it was the beginning of a new chapter for Carlisle.
An initiative of Afrikana CIC Rafikiz Lounge came alive with exceptional food, great conversations, music, laughter and an atmosphere that celebrated culture, community and connection. Surrounded by friends, family, local businesses and the wider Carlisle community, we celebrated a vision that has now become a reality.
We were deeply honoured to welcome the Mayor of Carlisle, Anne Glendinning, whose presence made the occasion even more memorable as she joined us in celebrating this exciting milestone.
